Day 10 - Kenilworth to Stroud

After such an easy days riding Steve Holtom won't believe us but today was another hard ride. Only 65 miles compared to yesterdays 70 but loads of climbing through the Cotswolds. As always a real sting in the tail with a very steep climb out of Stroud to our hotel in Rodborough.
Tim has been in a really chirpy mood since Villas 1 0 demolition of the Blue Noses!
Everybody fit and in good shape but tired - another early night.
Sorry no pictures today as no Internet connection. Burnham on Sea tomorrow, an easy ride .......

  1. i've noticed you always say "another early night" after the word "tired". why not stop up late one night and see if you still tired in the morning? or am i getting this all wrong?

  3. Yesterday must have been so tough getting out of your own beds and back on the bikes, I was lacking a bit of motivation and I only had to make it to Tesco's!

    Well done!

  4. Went that way at the weekend - I think you will be through it quicker than I was - assuming you don't use the M5 that is......

    Keep pumping.

  5. Tim may be chirpy (...sing when you're winning), but he's the only bloke putting on weight on a 1000 mile cycle ride. I think he needs fewer Subways and more lettuce and carrot soup. Land End only has a low fat KFC
